Professor Jackie Andrade is based in the School of Psychology at the University of Plymouth. As an original creator of Functional Imagery Training (FIT), she combines cognitive psychology with behavioral intervention strategies to address addiction, health behavior change, and anxiety management. Her work bridges clinical psychology, cognitive science, and digital health applications.
