Jack Poe

Jack Poe is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance and Real Estate at The University of Texas at Arlington, within the College of Business. With 37 years of experience as a valuation expert, he brings substantial professional expertise into his academic role.

His research interests include Real Estate Appraisal, Investment Property Valuation, and Science and Technology as applied to real estate. His professional work emphasizes litigation support, forensic appraisal, and the development of national and international valuation standards.
