Jacelly Cespedes

Jacelly Cespedes is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Her research spans household finance, financial intermediation, and FinTech, addressing critical issues like mortgage cramdown, housing wealth impacts on career outcomes, and financial technologies' effects on wage inequality.

Her work has been accepted in top journals such as the Review of Financial Studies and Review of Corporate Finance Studies, with ongoing research on instant payment systems, bankruptcy provisions, and credit policies.
