Jacek Pawlak

Dr Jacek Pawlak is a Research Fellow at Imperial College London's Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (Faculty of Engineering), affiliated with the Urban Systems Laboratory and Centre for Transport Studies. His expertise spans transportation systems, urban planning, and the socio-technical impacts of ICT on mobility. With a background in Economics, Geography, and Transport Studies from Imperial College London and University College London, he holds a Royal Geographical Society Fellowship. He leads major projects like the £7M EPSRC-funded IDLES and £6M Digital City Exchange initiatives, focusing on smart mobility and urban innovation.
