She investigates entrepreneurial self-efficacy, business incubation frameworks, township enterprise challenges, and youth entrepreneurship through rigorous mixed-methods approaches. Her scholarship bridges theoretical frameworks with practical business development applications in emerging economies.
Analysis of her recent publications reveals dominant themes in psychological determinants of entrepreneurial success (self-efficacy, alertness), gender-specific business challenges, and post-pandemic SME adaptation strategies. Her work consistently examines contextual factors within South Africa's unique socioeconomic environment, particularly focusing on township economies and women-led ventures.
