Dr Ibrahim Al-Jubari is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the Brunel Business School, affiliated with the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Division. Prior to joining Brunel, he served as a Senior Lecturer at Management and Science University Malaysia for six years. His teaching focuses on entrepreneurship, small business ventures, and research modules, including supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Ibrahim’s research centers on entrepreneurial motivation, social entrepreneurship, and employee well-being. His work explores how spiritual capital influences resilience in entrepreneurship, the role of self-efficacy in entrepreneurial behavior, and the determinants of entrepreneurial intention in diverse contexts.
