Professor Jaakko Husa is a Full Professor in Law and Globalisation at the University of Helsinki, Faculty of Law. With a PhD in Public Law (1995), he has held multiple full professorial chairs in Comparative Public Law, Constitutional Law, and Legal Culture before joining Helsinki.
