JACQMIN Julien

Julien Jacqmin is an Associate Professor of Economics in the Finance Department at NEOMA Business School, teaching Economics 1 (PGE program) and Managerial Economics (GEMBA program). He holds a Habilitation to Direct Research in Economics & Finance. His research focuses on emerging technologies' impact on education and energy sectors, employing both theoretical and empirical methodologies. He coordinates the NEOsmart peer-to-peer learning initiative.

Key research areas include energy policy (grid management, prosumer behavior), higher education governance (rankings, institutional performance), and EdTech sustainability. He contributes to influential journals like Resource and Energy Economics and Studies in Higher Education, with recent work addressing student-driven ranking methodologies and energy community dynamics.
