J. Rockey Luo

J. Rockey Luo is an Assistant Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Colorado State University, focusing on cross-layer design of wireless communication networks with emphasis on lower layers. He previously worked as a Research Associate at the Institute for Systems Research (ISR) at University of Maryland, College Park, from September 2002 to August 2006.
