Dr. J Don Richardson is a Full Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Western University, with extensive expertise in Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), pharmacotherapy, and Military and Veteran Mental Health. He serves as Medical Director of St. Joseph's Operational Stress Injury (OSI) Clinic in London and Scientific Director of the MacDonald Franklin OSI Research Centre at the Parkwood Institute. Additionally, he is an Associate Scientist with Lawson Health Research Institute and contributes to advancing neuroscience and mental health through his research and clinical leadership.
Education:

- Fellowship in psychiatry at the University of Ottawa
Research Interests: Dr. Richardson's work spans critical areas in Military and Veteran Mental Health, focusing on PTSD, pharmacotherapy, sleep disturbances, suicidal ideation, health care utilization, treatment outcomes, and the impact of PTSD on quality-of-life. His research has led to over 75 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters.
