Ivo Frans Bernaerts

Ivo Frans Bernaerts is a psychologist-researcher and lecturer at Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, teaching Psychodiagnostics in the Applied Psychology programme while serving as policy coordinator for Quality Care & Training. He concurrently conducts research at the institution's Psychodiagnostic Centre (PDC), focusing on assessment methodologies for vulnerable populations.

He holds a PhD in participation and co-determination from the Open University of the Netherlands Faculty of Psychology, establishing his foundational expertise in inclusive psychological frameworks.
