Fran Blumberg is an Affiliated Professor at the Graduate School of Education, Fordham University. She holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Purdue University (1988) and has extensive experience in educational testing organizations such as the Educational Testing Service and the National League for Nursing before joining Fordham in 1997. She is affiliated with the Meaningful Interactions Lab at KU Leuven and participated in the Mintlab/IMS Gam(e)(a)ble project in 2022, delivering a seminar on learning through digital game play.
