Ivana Jobst is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Quantitative Methods and Informatics, Faculty of Economics, University of Osijek, since 2022. She teaches seminar classes in quantitative and methodological courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.

Her research focuses on the creative economy and fostering social responsibility through volunteering in the creative industry. She has authored professional and scientific papers, as well as two research studies, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in her field.
Notable professional roles include serving as Vice President of the Andizet Institute and leading projects such as the Creative Treasury (Organizing Committee President) and the Millennium Competition in the Creative Industry (Coordinator). Key projects she participates in include Measuring transformations in social phenomena, European-Chinese Literary Festival, and Measuring the cultural potential of a destination.
