Ivan LO GIUDICE

Ivan LO GIUDICE is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Linguistics and Comparative Cultural Studies at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. He holds a PhD in Humanities (2023) with a thesis on cultural diplomacy and writers' roles in national identity movements, focusing on Spain and Catalan regions. He completed a Master's in Comparative International Relations (2018) and a postgraduate specialization in Language Didactics (2019).

His research focuses on Catalan cultural history, international relations, and the intersection of power and literature. He has conducted research stays at the University of the Balearic Islands (2022) and the University of Gothenburg's CERGU (2022). Key publications include monographs on Joan Estelrich and peer-reviewed articles in journals like Rassegna Iberistica and Entremons.

Teaching responsibilities include courses on Catalan literature and cultural history within the LT10 degree program. His 2024 award-winning book Joan Estelrich entre la vida y los libros explores the author's life and works, while his upcoming La mirada internacional de Joan Estelrich examines cultural expansion and Europeanism.
