Isidora Ayala is an Assistant Professor at the School of Architecture, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Chile. Her teaching focuses on architectural design, structural theory, and material properties, with recent courses including workshops on urban habitability, collective housing, and medieval architectural representation. She has been active in delivering lectures on topics like architectural language and creative heritage since 2017.
Her research interests span urban infrastructure, architectural conservation, and material science applications in design. She has contributed to courses such as "Structure 2 - 1 Semester 2025" and "Workshop on Act and Void: Architectural Size of the Interior."
