Prof. Dr. Isabelle Zinn is a Lecturer on Tenure Track at the Institute for New Work within the Business School at Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH). Her research focuses on gender dynamics in workplace transformation, aging at work, gig work, and equality issues. She leadsprojects like Health & Ageing at Work (HAWK), examining menopause experiences, and studies gig work in the cleaning sector with a gender lens. She co-edits journals like Swiss Journal of Sociology and Gérontologie et société.
