Dr. Isabelle Herter-Aeberli is a Lecturer at the Department of Health Sciences and Technology, ETH Zürich. She has been a Senior Scientist at the Human Nutrition Laboratory since 2013. Her research focuses on nutrition and metabolic epigenetics, including projects addressing micronutrient deficiencies and obesity, as well as standardizing iodine content in dairy products. She holds a PhD in Human Nutrition from ETH Zürich (2008-2011) and has held postdoctoral and research roles at ETH, University Hospital Zürich, and international institutions like St. John's Research Institute in India. Her educational background includes a Master's in Food Science and Nutrition from ETH Zürich (1998-2003) and a diploma thesis at the Nestlé Research Centre.
