Anna Greppi

Dr. Anna Greppi is a Lecturer at the Department of Health Sciences and Technology, ETH Zürich, affiliated with the Institute of Food, Nutrition and Health (IFNH). Her research focuses on gut microbiota dynamics, microbial interactions in fermented foods, and the role of vitamins in human and animal health. Key areas include folate and B12 metabolism, probiotic applications, and food innovation through microbial biodiversity.

Publications highlight in vitro fermentation studies, microbial community analysis, and functional impacts of dietary components on microbiota.
