Isabella Papadopoulos is a Research Fellow in the Department of General Practice at Monash University and a Teaching Associate for undergraduate public health courses. She currently serves as Project Manager for the VicHealth Amplifying Uncloud at Monash campaign, leading initiatives on vaping harm reduction for young people, and has previously coordinated the RACGP Academic Post University Support Partner project and contributed to the ALLIANCE and ORIENT trials.
Her educational qualifications include:

Her research centers on health equity and culturally responsive care in general practice, with a focus on communication barriers among older culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) populations. She is actively engaged in youth health promotion, particularly in vaping harm reduction and smoking cessation, and works to improve access to reproductive health services in rural and regional Australia. Her methodological strengths include qualitative research and the implementation and evaluation of community-based health interventions.
Isabella's research has been supported by VicHealth, the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), and the Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF). As Project Manager for the VicHealth campaign, she mentors undergraduate and early-career researchers, providing guidance to 12-week placement students, vacation scholars, and those leading student initiatives on vaping education and cessation support.
