Isabela Parisio is a Research Fellow and Postdoctorate Research Associate at King’s College London, affiliated with the King’s Institute for Artificial Intelligence (KI-AI) within the Faculty of Arts & Humanities. She contributes to the Responsible AI UK (RAi UK) grant, focusing on AI policy and regulation. Previously, she held roles as a Policy Analyst at Johns Hopkins University and a Research Assistant at Georgetown University’s Center for AI and Digital Policy. Her expertise spans public law, AI ethics, and interdisciplinary legal reform.

Research Interests:
- AI regulations and policy development
- Legal enforcement mechanisms for AI governance

Public Engagement: Key contributions include responses to UK government consultations on AI in finance, copyright, and digital inclusion, as well as a keynote at the Epi Pre-Council Conference (2024).
Labs/Teams: Based at KI-AI, she collaborates with global scholars and technologists to advance responsible AI innovation.
