Dr. Isabel Essling is a Researcher at the Institute for Didactics of General Education at the University of Münster. She completed her Bachelor's (2015) and Master's (2017) in Psychology at the University of Münster, specializing in Cognitive Neuroscience, and is currently pursuing her doctoral studies since 2019. Her work focuses on teachers' professional competence, particularly in professional vision and classroom perception.
