Isaac Salfer is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Animal Science at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. His research focuses on understanding circadian rhythms' impact on dairy cow metabolism, feed efficiency, and neonatal nutrition. He investigates novel feeds/additives' effects on rumen nitrogen/energy balance and calf health.
