Turner Swartz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dairy and Food Science at South Dakota State University (SDSU). Swartz earned his B.S. in Animal Sciences from Penn State, followed by a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech and a postdoctoral fellowship at Michigan State University under Dr. Barry Bradford.
