Isaac Lyne is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Culture and Society (ICS), Western Sydney University, specializing in social enterprise, digital finance, and international development. His work focuses on Cambodia, with secondary engagement in Laos and Thailand, advancing Sustainable Development Goals through community economies and environmental humanities.
