Isaac Damoah serves as an Associate Professor of Management at Johnson & Wales University's Providence Campus since 2022. With over 16 years of prior experience, he held academic and consultancy roles in the UK and US, including lectureship and professorship positions. His expertise spans project management, operations, and sustainable business practices.

Dr. Damoah's research is centered on multi-disciplinary studies in project management performance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable operations. Primary interests include program/project management and its impact on stakeholders, operations and supply chain management, and sustainable development. Secondary areas cover environmental accounting, entrepreneurship, and SMEs performance, addressing critical challenges in both public and private sectors.
His recent publications reveal a focus on applying innovative solutions to real-world problems, particularly in humanitarian logistics, sustainable supply chains, and technology-driven environmental initiatives.
