Isaac Chan

Dr. Isaac Chan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center (Division of Hematology and Oncology). He holds an MD and PhD in Genetics and Molecular Signaling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, followed by residency at Boston University and oncology fellowship at Johns Hopkins University.

Research: His work focuses on understanding metastatic cancer mechanisms, immune evasion, and developing therapies targeting innate immune responses. Key areas include natural killer cells, barrier cells, and human-representative metastasis models.
