Current projects include the Andrew & Virginia Rudd Research Programme on Family Psychology and the University of Cambridge-KPMG partnership on workplace mental wellbeing.
At Cambridge, Dr. Ji supervises undergraduate Education Tripos students for courses on child development and dissertations. Her work at the Rudd Centre emphasizes translating research into professional practice through policy recommendations and preventative intervention programmes, with a focus on quantitative analysis of longitudinal datasets.
