Irina Nikolskaja Roddvik

Irina Nikolskaja Roddvik is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, Innovation and Society at Høgskolen i Østfold (HIOF). She holds dual PhDs: one in Comparative Literature and Philosophy from Moscow State Pedagogical University, and another in Business from Nord University. With 20 years of business experience including roles at Telenor Group, her academic interests span international business strategies, cross-cultural management, and entrepreneurship in emerging markets. She has collaborated with institutions like the Norwegian-Russian Chamber of Commerce and led initiatives such as the DigiBest project.
