Ira Verma is a Senior Scientist and Researcher in the Department of Architecture at Aalto University, specializing in Universal Design and aging-related urban planning. Her work focuses on creating inclusive environments that support health and wellbeing, particularly for older adults. She has contributed to over 98 publications and 6 major projects, including research on resilient cities, healthcare architecture, and housing for aging populations.
