Ioan Turcu

Dr. Ioan Turcu is a Senior Researcher (R4) at the National Institute for Research and Development in Isotopic and Molecular Technologies (INCDTIM), Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He holds a PhD in Physics (1996) from the Horia Hulubei National Institute for Nuclear Physics and Engineering.

His work integrates theoretical modeling with experimental techniques like fluorescence spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and molecular beam epitaxy.
