Insha Amin is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University (NTU). She specializes in destination branding, technology adoption in services, consumer behavior, and digital marketing within the tourism and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining NTU, she served as an Assistant Professor at ICFAI, IBS Hyderabad, India, and contributed to curriculum design for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
