Ingvill Urianstad Odden

Ingvill Urianstad Odden is a Research Fellow at the University of Inland Norway, affiliated with the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences and the Section of Health and Exercise Physiology in Lillehammer. Her work focuses on training effects in both well-trained cyclists (The Block Study) and untrained individuals (Repeat) from a physical performance and health perspective.
