Ingo Stolz

Prof. Ingo Stolz is a Professor of International Leadership and Management at the Lucerne School of Business (HSLU), serving as Co-Head of the Competence Center for Business Development, Leadership, and HR within the Institute of Business and Regional Economics (IBR). He holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota (2012) and extensive academic and professional experience in international management, leadership development, and organizational change. His roles include leading executive education programs like the CAS International Management and overseeing the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program.

**Education**: He earned a Magister Artium from University Freiburg (2003), a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University (2001), and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Minnesota (2012). His certifications include a Certificate in University Teaching (HSLU, 2015) and intercultural development expertise (2005).

**Research Interests**: Focus on international management, leadership development, SME internationalization, virtual/hybrid leadership, change management, and corporate social responsibility.
