Inga Mons

Inga Mons is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at Hotel Management School Leeuwarden, combining academic expertise with global industry insights. She holds a BBA in Tourism Management, an MSc in International Relations, and a Master's in Digital Marketing. Her work focuses on curriculum development, particularly Design Based Education (DBE), and enhancing education to meet industry demands in a globalized context.

As a member of the Hospitality Education research group, she explores DBE implementation, stakeholder perceptions, and evolving educator roles. She completed the Radboud International Training for High Ability (RITHA) to optimize educational approaches for diverse student groups.

Inga's professional journey spans Germany, Argentina, Ecuador, South Africa, the UK, and Indonesia, enriching her teaching with cross-cultural perspectives. She actively contributes to curriculum design projects and fosters innovation in hospitality education.
