Igor Szpotakowski is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Leeds’ School of Law. His expertise spans Intellectual Property Law, AI Regulation, Data Protection, and Comparative Private Law, with a focus on Chinese and Roman legal systems. He holds a PhD from Newcastle University and an LLM as a Yenching Scholar from Peking University.
