Ignazio Vecchio is an Associate Professor of History of Medicine at the Department of Clinical and Experimental Medicine, University of Catania. His academic roles span Neurology, Bioethics, and History of Medicine, with affiliations to the Italian Society of the History of Medicine and the Society 'History of Art Health.' He has been a pivotal figure in the Faculty of Medicine since 2005, focusing on clinical bioethics and neurodisability research.
