Shaida Khan, D.O., is a Medical Educator at UT Southwestern Medical Center and serves as Medical Director of the Neurology Ambulatory Clinic at Parkland Hospital. Joining UT Southwestern in 2017, she specializes in autoimmune peripheral neurological disorders and neuromuscular conditions such as myasthenia gravis, CIDP, muscular dystrophy, and ALS.

Her research focuses on myasthenia gravis and muscular dystrophy, including leading clinical trials for novel therapies. She established the Myasthenia Gravis Clinic at Parkland in 2021 and pioneered the first neurology multidisciplinary clinic to transition pediatric patients with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and Spinal Muscular Atrophy to adult care.
