Ibrahim Dincer is a full Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT). He holds leadership roles as Vice President for Strategy at the International Association for Hydrogen Energy (IAHE) and Vice President of the World Society of Sustainable Energy Technologies (WSSET). His research focuses on sustainable energy technologies, hydrogen/fuel cell systems, and exergy-based methodologies. He has authored/co-authored over 1000 peer-reviewed publications and multiple books, alongside delivering 250+ keynote/invited lectures globally.
Dr. Dincer has organized numerous international conferences and serves in editorial roles for prestigious journals. His contributions have earned him the Premier’s Research Excellence Award in 2004 and other accolades. His work emphasizes innovative solutions for energy sustainability and system optimization.
