Ian Pace

Professor Ian Pace is a leading interdisciplinary scholar at City St George's, University of London, where he holds the Professorship of Music, Culture and Society and serves as University Advisor: Interdisciplinarity. His work bridges musicology, sociology, history and cultural studies, with a focus on 20th-century Germany, modernist aesthetics, and critical theories of performance.
