Ian Hitchcock

Professor Ian Hitchcock is a faculty member in the Department of Biology at the University of York, holding the title of Professor of Experimental Haematology. His research focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying blood cancers, particularly myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), and the role of the thrombopoietin (TPO) receptor in disease development.
