Ian Hamilton is an Honorary Research Fellow in the Department of Statistics at the University of Warwick. He holds a PhD in Statistics (supervised by Dr. Nick Tawn and Prof. David Firth) and an MSc from Warwick, following a BA in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Oxford. His research focuses on ranking methodologies derived from pairwise comparisons, with applications to sports, economics, politics, and organizational culture.
