Professor Ian Burn is a Professor of Economics and Chair in Applied Microeconomics at the University of Liverpool. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California-Irvine (2017) and previously served as an Assistant Professor at the Swedish Institute for Social Research in Stockholm.
