Iain McNeish is Chair in Oncology at Imperial College London's Department of Surgery and Cancer, Faculty of Medicine. He serves as Head of the Division of Cancer, co-director of the School of Convergence Science in Health and Technology, and Director of the Ovarian Cancer Action Research Centre.

His research focuses on ovarian cancer, particularly developing improved therapies through disease biology understanding. His lab investigates copy number alterations in high-grade serous carcinoma as biomarkers and has created novel CRISPR/Cas9-based murine models for immunocompetent therapy testing.
He was elected Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences in 2022 and holds affiliations with multiple Imperial College networks including Cancer Technology, Immuno-Pathology, and Organ-on-chip research initiatives.
