Iain Benson

Professor Iain Benson is a distinguished academic and legal practitioner specializing in constitutional law, human rights, and the intersection of law with religion. He holds a Professorial position at the School of Law, Sydney Campus of the University of Notre Dame Australia. His expertise spans freedoms of association, conscience, and religion, as well as pluralism, multiculturalism, and the relationship between law and religious diversity.
