Dr. Víctor Muñiz-Fraticelli is an Associate Professor of Law and Political Science at McGill University's Faculty of Law and Department of Political Science. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Chicago (2008) and a JD from the University of Puerto Rico (1999), with judicial clerkships at the Puerto Rican Supreme Court. His research focuses on political theology, legal pluralism, church-state relations, and intergenerational justice. He has authored The Structure of Pluralism (Oxford, 2014) and numerous articles on constitutional law and religious freedom. Awards include the Mellon New Directions Fellowship (2019–2021) and a Nootbaar Fellowship (2020).
