Dr. Iman Sarmini is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Basic Educational Sciences at Gaziantep University's Faculty of Education. She also holds lecturer positions at Gaziantep Islamic Science and Technology University (Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Department of Theology) and Gaziantep University's Faculty of Theology, AFRİN Faculty's Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department, and multiple other units.
Her research focuses on psychological counseling, mental health, social networking addiction, and refugee integration. Recent work examines trauma-informed interventions, pandemic impacts on student behavior, and connected learning systems in conflict zones.
