Hymonti Dey

Hymonti Dey is an Associate Professor at the Norwegian Fisheries College, part of UiT The Arctic University of Norway. Her research focuses on marine-derived antimicrobial peptides, novel heterocyclic antibiotic scaffolds, and mechanisms of bacterial resistance and biofilm formation. She has published extensively in biochemical and pharmaceutical journals, with recent work appearing in Journal of Peptide Science and Frontiers in Microbiology.
