Hyejin Cho

Hyejin Cho is a Unit 18 Lecturer in the Korean Language Program at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), located in the Arts & Humanities Building (RWAC). She holds a master’s degree in Korean language education from Korea University and has completed doctoral coursework in linguistics. Her expertise focuses on authentic teaching materials and Korean grammar usage patterns.

• Master’s degree in Linguistics, Korea University (emphasis: Korean as a Foreign Language)

Teaching Experience:

• 6 years at Myongji University, teaching Korean to international students
• 4 years with the NSLI-Y program instructing American students
