Huyen Pham is a University Distinguished Professor and Associate Dean for Faculty Research & Development at Texas A&M School of Law. Her scholarly expertise spans Immigration Law, Criminal Law & Procedure, subfederal enforcement, economic impacts of immigration, federal agencies, and refugee migration. She plays a key leadership role in advancing faculty research within the law school.
Her research interests center on the intersection of law, policy, and social impact, particularly in immigration systems and legal frameworks governing mobility and inclusion. She investigates how local and state governments engage in immigration enforcement and the broader socioeconomic consequences of such policies.
Huyen Pham has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards and fellowships, reflecting her national impact in legal scholarship and public service.
