Huyen Le is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at The Ohio State University, affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences. She holds a PhD in Planning from Virginia Tech, an MS from The University of Iowa, and a BEng from Hanoi Architectural University. Her research focuses on transportation, environment, and health, emphasizing sustainable mobility, ICT impacts on urban systems, and health outcomes linked to travel behavior.

Recent studies address post-COVID transit dynamics, built environment equity, and cycling infrastructure valuation. Her team employs advanced methods like GIS, GPS tracking, and machine learning to analyze mobility patterns and policy impacts. Current projects include spatial accessibility analysis and health trade-offs in cycling equity.
Le’s lab collaborates with national and international partners, focusing on translating research into actionable policies for healthier urban transportation systems.
